My heroes have always been sailors (and pirates). From Nelson to the Hornblower, Morgan to Drake, I have always aspired to be a wise leader, courageous, vigilant and patient. But like any good sailor, always looking for the next opportunity with a clear eye and a piratical smile. There is always just one more continent to explore and one more rich merchantman to plunder along the way. I always look forward to taking my crew along with me.

Eric once climbed Kilimanjaro on a weekend trip. He served loyally in the French Foreign Legion and is trained in the ancient martial art Silambam. In his spare time, he studies astrophysics. He is also a massive University of Washington Huskies fan. (Note: only one of these things is actually true.)

A bad singer and a worse dancer, Sam Colito found his calling at Lether Law Group – captaining the firm’s softball team. While throwing every meaningful pitch for the team since its inception, he learned some things about insurance along the way. Now, in the offseason, he enjoys helping his clients navigate difficult insurance claims and unravel thorny coverage issues. Sam loves to cook, follow the Seahawks and Mariners, and - when his children will let him - read a book.

Kevin is the firm’s resident karaoke and air guitar champion having twice awarded himself the title without telling us there was a competition. He is an avid fisherman and recently invested (wasted money on) a fish and ski boat. It is anticipated he will continue to invest what should be his retirement in yet more fishing gear and on boat repairs.

Chance is best known for being the shortstop on the firm’s Softball Team. When he isn’t busy pulling his hamstring legging out stand up doubles, he can usually be found harassing his co-workers regarding all things Seattle Sports.

Jensen plays left-center field for the Lether Law Group softball team, the Pirates. When not tracking down fly balls in the outfield, he can be found rooting for the Mariners, Kraken, or Seahawks.

Ryan is from a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean (a.k.a. Hawaii) and has made his way to Seattle where he has been living for the past four years. When he is not at home watching YouTube videos, UFC, or editing pictures/videos you can find him hobbling out of the gym hungry enough to eat his weight in food.

Ellen is a recent Seattle transplant and former pizza chef from a small town where the cows far outnumber the people. Thankfully, that isn’t where she learned to practice law. When she’s not in the office, she’s busy being a cat mom and self-proclaimed semi-pro Fortnite player.

Jake is a Seattle native, former decent basketball player, and current avid yet terrible golfer. When he isn’t in the office or crisscrossing his way around the golf course, Jake can frequently be found doing nothing, which is one of his favorite pastimes.

A Seattleite since college, when not in the office, Michael can be found browsing local bookshops or yelling at the umpire during the latest Mariners game – occasionally at the same time.

Isaac claims he is a Seattle native, because he has lived here since the late 90’s, but he actually hails from a city notorious for its organized crime, especially due to a certain tax-evading mobster. He believes that the number of years he has called Seattle home directly translates into a full grasp of the PNW’s lay of the land, but it’s just proof that he is getting older.

Matt is a proud Midwesterner, hailing from Kansas. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, Matt has become the go-to person for any questions about cows, hay, farming, tornados, etc. He is also keeping a running tally of how many times people have quoted the Wizard of Oz to him. Yes Dorothy, I know we aren’t in Kansas anymore.

Despite growing up in Hawaii, Riki is a horrible surfer, and his true love is skiing. He is also way too competitive when playing board games, but this is something he is trying to work on. In addition, Riki has pursued a career in law because guys that shoot 90s on the golf course don’t make it to the PGA Tour. His favorite song on the karaoke mic is Frank Sinatra’s “My Way.”

Harry is a local Seattleite who firmly believes that 60+ degrees is shorts and flip flop weather. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors but is just as comfortable sat in front of a gaming computer, playing Counter-Strike.

As a native to the Pacific Northwest, Alex enjoys his summers by challenging his friends to 3 on 3 basketball games, taking ping-pong matches too seriously, thrifting for sport, and taking his e-bike out for a spin. In the winters he embraces the rain when it means there will be better snow on the mountains.

Queen of multitasking and director of chaos is an understatement when it comes to the multiple jobs Kerri has. Those skills come in handy when she travels. They even worked on her adventures to the Himalayan Mountains when she trekked Mt. Everest. She has been blessed by the Pope John Paul II and the residing Rinpoche in Khumbu.

Part Washingtonian, part German, Lina’s ideal day consists of eating schnitzel in the rain and cheering on the Washington State Cougars. When she’s not binge watching bad reality TV, she’s looking for ways to raise the bar at Lether Law Group.

Judy is the esteemed recipient of her 3rd grade class’s “Most Imaginative” award. To this day she strives to defend her title via her many hobbies and creative outlets including—but not limited to—drawing, painting, writing, D&D, videogames, and collecting unusual instruments.
