This panel discussion will focus on the basics of coverage(s), understanding the burdens of proof, duty to defend, duty to indemnify, covered vs. non-covered damages, policy limits, policy exposures, self-insured retentions, additional insured issues, reservation of rights issues, properly allocating between carriers and declaratory relief actions.
