MATTHEW ALLINDER
Associate Attorney
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”
A Kansas native, Matt earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago. His practice centers on insurance coverage and litigation of first- and third-party disputes involving contractual and extra-contractual claims, including insurance bad faith, negligence, and violations of the Washington Consumer Protection Act and the Insurance Fair Conduct Act.
Matt has experience analyzing and litigating claims involving commercial general liability, business owners, and automobile insurance policies, and is licensed to practice in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. He also represents clients in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.
Outside the office, Matt can often be found on golf courses throughout Washington or over a chessboard applying the same calculated approach that drives his legal work, though with more bogeys and blunders than he cares to admit.
